What this does
Three connected surfaces help you keep your team informed and engaged. Announcements are company-wide notices, pinned-first, that every employee sees. Surveys let HR run pulse, eNPS or custom questionnaires — optionally anonymous — and read the results as an aggregate. The helpdesk gives everyone one place to raise and track IT, HR and Admin tickets.
Who can do it
- Posting & authoring: announcements and surveys are created by HR admins (a
company_adminorhr_manager). If you're not an HR admin, the survey list is read-only and points you to your assigned surveys instead. - Reading & responding: every employee can read announcements and answer the surveys assigned to them from their Me area.
- Helpdesk:anyone can raise a ticket; the helpdesk list is role-filtered so people see what they're allowed to.
- Plan: the engagement tools depend on the matching module being enabled on your plan — see pricing.
Steps
- Post an announcement. HR admins create a notice with a title and body; pin the important ones so they sort to the top. Employees see the latest on the dashboard and the full list on the Announcements page.
- Create a survey. Open Surveys and click New survey. Give it a title, pick the type (pulse, eNPS or custom) and choose whether it's anonymous. Save the draft, then add your questions and activate it so it reaches respondents.
- Read results. On any active or closed survey, open Resultsfor the aggregate view. When you're done collecting, Closethe survey — this stops new responses and can't be undone, so start a new survey rather than re-opening.
- Run the helpdesk. Anyone clicks New ticket to submit a request with a category and priority, then tracks its status from the Helpdesk list.
Tips
- Mark sensitive surveys anonymousto get honest feedback — responses aren't tied back to individuals, only the aggregate is shown.
- Closing a survey is final. If you need another round, create a new survey rather than trying to re-open the old one.
- WorkRight also runs related people-care workflows for Indian SMEs — such as travel pre-approvals and Maternity Benefit Act case tracking — alongside these engagement tools.
