You can subscribe to POSH only, core HR only, or the combined platform.
Which companies is WorkRight built for?
Indian companies with 10 to 500+ employees. The platform is multi-tenant with role-based access for company admins, HR managers, managers, ICC members and employees, and uses rupee (INR) currency and India-specific compliance throughout.
Can I buy only the modules I need?
Yes. Plans are grouped into POSH-only, HR-only and the full combined platform, each with starter, pro and enterprise tiers by employee count. You only pay for the modules your plan includes; modules outside your plan are simply not shown.
Does WorkRight cover POSH Act 2013 compliance?
Yes. The POSH module provides interactive training with auto-issued certificates, a confidential Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) workflow, a policy generator and the Section 21 annual report — everything an employer with 10+ employees needs.
How is my data secured?
Authentication uses httpOnly session cookies with CSRF protection and optional two-factor authentication. Every record is scoped to your organisation (multi-tenant isolation), data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and POSH complaint data carries Section 16 confidentiality controls.
