Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WorkRight ("the Platform"), operated by Kaptanz Space Private Limited, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including company administrators, HR managers, managers, ICC members and employees.

2. Description of service

WorkRight is a multi-tenant HR and compliance platform for Indian companies. It provides leave management, HR core (onboarding, employee documents, asset register), expense tracking with reimbursement, performance management (goals/OKRs, review cycles, 1:1s, feedback) and POSH Act 2013 compliance (training, certificates, ICC complaint management, policy generation and the Section 21 annual report). Available modules depend on your subscription plan.

3. User accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. Company administrators are responsible for managing users and roles within their organisation.

4. Compliance content & certificates

POSH training content is aligned with the POSH Act 2013 and the Supreme Court's Vishaka Guidelines 1997. WorkRight does not provide legal advice. Completion certificates evidence training completion and support compliance documentation, but do not constitute legal certification or guarantee compliance. Organisations should consult qualified legal professionals for specific requirements.

5. HR workflows

The Platform provides tools to operate leave, expense and performance workflows and to manage POSH complaints under Section 16 confidentiality. Approvals, inquiry decisions and HR actions are made by your organisation's authorised users. WorkRight facilitates these processes but does not participate in or influence their outcomes.

6. Subscription & payments

Paid subscriptions are billed per the plan you select. All prices are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%). Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that payment. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Upon cancellation, existing certificates and records remain accessible per that policy and applicable law.

7. Data ownership

Your organisation retains ownership of all data uploaded to the Platform — employee information, HR records, complaint records and generated documents. WorkRight does not access, sell or share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with legal obligations.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to access other organisations' or users' data; (c) file knowingly false complaints; (d) reverse engineer or copy the Platform's content or code; (e) use the training content outside the Platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

WorkRight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for legal consequences arising from your organisation's compliance or non-compliance with applicable law. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
