Billing & plans

Your plan decides which WorkRight modules your company can use. Here's how the trial works, where to see your current subscription, and how to choose or change a plan.

What this does

Every WorkRight company has a subscription — either a trial or a paid plan. The plan controls which modules (POSH, Leave, HR Core, Expenses, Performance, Payroll and the rest) are switched on for your team. During the trial all modules are unlocked so you can evaluate the whole platform; once you choose a plan, access follows what that plan includes.

How the plans are organised

On the pricing page the tiers are grouped three ways so you only pay for what you need:

  • POSH only — the sexual-harassment-prevention compliance module on its own (training, certificates, ICC complaints, policy and annual reports).
  • HR only — the people-ops modules without POSH.
  • Combo — the full HR platform with POSH included as one module.

Within each group, higher tiers are a superset of the lower one and raise the employee headcount you can manage. You can bill monthly or annually.

Who can do it

  • Change the plan: only a company_admin can choose or change a plan and complete checkout.
  • Read-only: an hr_managercan open Settings → Billing to review the current subscription and the available plans, but the upgrade buttons are disabled — they'll be asked to involve the company admin.

Steps

  1. In the dashboard, open Settings → Billing. The Current subscriptioncard shows your plan (or “Trial”), the status, and the start date plus the renewal or access-until date.
  2. Under Choose a plan (or Change plan if you're already on one), browse the same plan cards you see on the marketing site. Your current plan is marked so you know where you stand.
  3. Pick a plan to start secure checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; prices are exclusive of applicable GST (currently 18%).
  4. Once payment succeeds, the modules included in your new plan unlock for your whole team.

Tips

  • A hidden module is almost always a plan question — if a menu item isn't showing, check whether your plan includes that module.
  • If you have an unusual headcount or need a tailored mix of modules, use Contact sales rather than self-serve checkout.
  • Cancellation and refunds follow the published refund & cancellation policy.
